"Any woman who understands the problems of running a home will be nearer to understanding the problems of running a country." "It’s a funny old world."

Baroness Margaret Hilda Thatcher, LG, OM, PC, FRS.
13 October 1925 – 8 April 2013
RIP Baroness Margaret Thatcher. MT. The Iron Lady. Arguably Britain’s Greatest Politician. A inspiration to many, myself included, she paved the way for female politicians, reminding us all that with a lot of hard work, we can achieve anything. She took office during a great time of trouble, and naturally had a massive job to do from the offset. Her strong leadership during a time of crisis during the Falklands War, reminded us all what it means to be ‘British’. Economically, she made this country as a whole prosper. She fought for what she believed to be right, and spoke up for what she believed in - something that unfortunately is rarely seen today. It is, purely SICKENING to see words of such hate towards someone who has passed, especially from people who have little political understanding, did not live through her government, little understanding of her political views and her as a person. Lady T was somebody’s parent, child, partner, just like you and me. Regardless of things she may have done wrong, there is NO need to be disrespectful.
May you at last be at peace Lady Thatcher, and be reunited with your beloved Dennis. Thank you, and god bless.
